How to submit a complaint
You can submit a complaint by email at message@vitaldetox.world or by phone at +64 3 443 0812. Please include your name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
Response timeframes
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days where practical.
Escalation pathway
If the matter is not resolved directly, we will provide details of relevant dispute support channels and discuss suitable next steps in good faith.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where relevant.
