Return Policy

This policy applies to paid coaching services offered by Vitaldetox.

Booking and payment

Service slots are confirmed after scheduling and, where applicable, payment completion through the agreed process.

Rescheduling

Requests submitted at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be moved to a new available time without additional charge.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a refund according to the original payment method and payment-provider terms. Late cancellations may be non-refundable where costs have already been allocated.

Service scope

Coaching services provide structured guidance and reflection support. Outcomes vary based on context, implementation, and participant engagement.

Fair dealing

All service descriptions and communications are prepared in good faith and in line with New Zealand fair trading expectations.

Data and records

Basic service records are retained for administrative, legal, and support purposes for up to 24 months unless longer retention is required by law.

Security practices

We maintain access controls and process documentation to protect customer information in line with applicable privacy and security standards.
